Challenges
First real operation for permanent volunteer Bush Catering Crew. Because a lot of people were working in remote parts of the station fixing windmills we had a food and water supply route that was about 150 km!

Highlights!
We showed we could do it - and do it well! German tourists arrived at last meal and were invited to partake of our surprise stew ... now, was it camel, donkey or kangaroo?
