an employee is in the job and the employer is satisfied with the work,
we keep in touch with both the employer and the employee. If there are
new items added to the Duty

or Quantity
change or any problems occur, Career Network will help the employee meet
the new job requirements through retraining. The employer can be given
assistance with a range of matters on workplace rules.
