Notice to the Public :
The Council of the Shire of Ashburton is concerned about the
number of reports received from owners and managers of pastoral holdings within close
access to Paraburdoo township concerning trespassing for shooting, camping and general
recreation pursuits. Damage is often caused to station roads, stock water areas and there
have been some cases of petty theft. Also, dangers associated with A.P.B. dingo baiting
should not be overlooked.
The Council requests persons wishing to visit neighbouring
pastoral holdings to first obtain the permission of the owner or manager and if granted
permission abide courteously by any requirements imposed by the owner or manager.
