MAY 1999 COUNCIL MEETING The next Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, 18 May 1999, commencing at 10.30am in the Council Chambers, Poinciana Street, Tom Price. The meeting is open to the public and a public question time precedes discussion of ordinary business. Copies of the Agenda will be available from all Shire offices from Friday, 16 April 1999 or from the Internet at www.kisser.net.au/ashburton/. A copy of the Agenda Table of Contents is placed on Council notice boards in each town. At this meeting the new and reelected Councillors will be sworn in and the Council will elect a President and Deputy President for the next two years and appoint members to external committees in addition to discussion of ordinary business.
